豈有蠔情似舊時
流浮山盛產鮮蠔，全港馳名，
原來這一門養蠔手藝，
是來自深圳沙井旳蠔民。
現今的流浮山，
仍然主要是沙井人的聚居地，
左鄰右里都是以前的同鄉。
而今集的主角祥嫂，
由沙井正式移居香港已經四十年，
她來自一個世代養蠔的家族。
沙井蠔民自古以來都有在沙井和流浮山海面養蠔，
兩邊耕作，現在的沙井，
經過快速的經濟發展和填海之後，
已經再無蠔田了。
然而，沙井人的養蠔手㙯和歷史，
卻由流浮山的沙井人延續著⋯⋯
代代相傳不止是養蠔手㙯，
還有家情和鄉情。
祥哥祥嫂的家族，
幾代人都非常團結，
來港四十多年，
沙井和流浮山兩邊家族聯繫從無間斷，
每年新年，
整個家族有幾近百人的聚會，
全家每年必然回鄉，
為的是希望下一代能把這一份親情守住。
